Miss Hospitality Queen: Start collecting your votes NOW!! They are $1.00 per vote. We will have one Overall Winner for 0-6 years and 7-19 years. Queens will receive a Scepter, Monogrammed Sash. All votes must be postmarked by Sept. 10, 2010, NO EXCEPTIONS.

T-Shirts: XS-L $  XL and above $. Please add this to your total if you would like to purchase one. There will be NO orders taken after Sept. 8, 2010. Shirts have to be paid for before we can order them. Remember if you become one of the Miss Cotton Queens you will need one of these shirts.

I also understand that the judges' decisions are final and will not be disputed. I certify that I understand all of the rules and I will conduct myself with good sportmanship. I also understand there are NO refunds unless the pageant is cancelled. Information for ages 0 to 6

*Contestant sign in will begin at 12 p.m.

*Pageant will begin at 2 p.m.

*Casual Wear will be an option.

*One Miss Hospitality will be chosen and votes are $1.00 a piece. Each $1.00 is 1 vote.  They are due by Sept. 10, 2010.

Information for ages 7-19

*Contestants must sign in at 4 p.m.

*Must do Casual Wear.

*Will be required to speak their name and sponsor.

*Pageant will begin at 6p.m.

*One Miss Hospitality will be chosen and votes are $1.00 a piece. Each $1.00 is 1 vote. They are due by Sept. 10, 2010.

Rehearsal: There will be NO rehearsal.

Walk: The walk will be a "Basic T" walk.  

Pageant Attire: There are NO strict guidelines for attire. The judges will be looking for age appropriateness. Any pageant dress or formal dress will do great.   We are neither non-glitz nor high glitz

Parent Passes: All contestants will get one "Parent Pass". No one may enter the Backstage Area without this pass.  The "Parent Pass" will also allow you free admission to the pageant.

Casual Wear: Must be "Country Clothing" Anything goes so be creative. It can be store bought or custom made.

Contestant Numbering: Contestant's number will be assigned in reverse order. First application (paid) will be last out. Last application will be first out (paid).
